Demand Planning Manager - REMOTE or ON SITE

The Manager, Demand Planning is a critical leadership role responsible for developing accurate, forward‑looking demand forecasts that guide strategic decision‑making across the business. This leader will own the consensus demand planning process, integrating customer forecasts, market intelligence, funnel insights, and New Product Introduction (NPI) assumptions to produce a clear, data‑driven view of future unconstrained demand .

The role requires strong analytical capability, deep understanding of market and customer dynamics, and the ability to drive alignment across Business Units (BU), Sales, Product, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This position is a key input to the S&OP process, enabling informed supply responses and CAPEX decisions.
