Senior Credit Officer: Risk, Policy & Mentoring Lead

Schertzbank is seeking a Credit Officer in Schertz as a full-time position. The role will mentor the Credit Department, review credit requests and annual reviews, and assist the Chief Credit Officer with policies, procedures, reporting and projects. Collaboration with Loan Officers and Credit staff ensures effective risk evaluation of the loan portfolio. The officer will participate in the Executive Loan Committee, train analysts, review risk ratings, and help implement loan policies and #J-18808-Ljbffr Schertzbank
