Qualifications

• BE/M degree in Information Systems or equivalent educational background.
• 5+ years of experience working in the Workday ecosystem with advanced techno/functional knowledge in the following areas: Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Reporting, EIBs and calculated fields. Recent hands-on experience working on global WD Absence projects highly desirable
• Advanced working knowledge of business systems analysis tools and techniques: High level and detailed requirements development, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, etc.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and influencing skills. Comfortable with variety of stakeholders, business and technical, executives as well as end-users.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment
• Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a self-managed environment.
• Growth mindset, passionate about learning and sharing what you know with others.
