(SENIOR SERVICES) Adult Day Health Care Program Manager

GRADE: 70SALARY: Begins $50,616 with comprehensive benefits package Sampson County Senior Services is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise the Adult Day Health Care Center. This position is responsible for the daily operation of the program, staff supervision, scheduling, reporting, inventory, billing, and compliance with applicable state standards for Adult Day Health Care Centers.A key responsibility will be recruiting and retaining program participants and increasing awareness of Adult Day Care Services. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies, including building referral relationships with local physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, senior centers, churches, caregivers, and other community organizations.
