About the Role This is a full-time, in-person position responsible for daily operations and client experience at our Leander clinic. As Spa Coordinator, you are the connective tissue between our clients, our providers, and the clinical schedule - the person who keeps the day running smoothly while making every client feel like the visit was designed around them. You will manage scheduling with precision, coordinate treatment flow, handle financial transactions, and lead membership and retail conversations with confidence. Equally important is your presence as a cultural contributor - someone who adds to the team environment, communicates professionally, and takes genuine ownership of the client experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities Day-to-day duties at our Leander, TX clinic. Deliver a high-level, welcoming client experience from check-in through check-out Manage provider schedules with accuracy, efficiency, and proactive communication Coordinate daily treatment flow to keep appointments on time and service quality strong Maintain accurate client records and process financial transactions with care and precision Present and discuss services, treatment packages, and membership options with confidence Support retail recommendations and client education on products and aftercare Partner with providers to support strong rebooking rates and long-term client retention Contribute actively to a professional, positive team culture that reflects Aurora's standards Qualifications Required Strong interpersonal and communication skills - warm, professional, and articulate Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities Genuine interest in the beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics industry Preferred Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, dental, spa, or upscale hospitality Familiarity with scheduling or practice management software Local ties to Leander, Cedar Park, or the greater Williamson County area Compensation and Schedule Detail Information Pay Competitive - discussed during the interview process Health Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Retirement 401(k) with company match Time Off Paid holidays and PTO Perks Generous employee discounts on Aurora services and products Hours Full-time, 36-40 hrs/week; primarily weekday shifts Saturday Rotating Saturdays included Work Setting In-person : Leander, TX (on-site only) Aurora Medical Spa is an equal opportunity employer.
