The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of extensive experience with Windows operating systems and a proven track record in systems administration, architecture, and leadership.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the management and maintenance of Windows servers and workstations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex Windows-related issues and provide expert-level technical support.Architect, design, and implement Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows services.Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy advanced Windows-based solutions.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level team members.Stay updated with the latest Windows updates, patches, and industry trends.Perform SSL Certificate management activities, Windows Firewall, PKI and Certificate Services, distribute wildcard certificates to individual or SAN certificatesEFS with BitLocker, Exploit Protection, Control Flow Guard (CFG), EFS with BitLocker, Windows FirewallManage the SSL Certificate management platformQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7 to 10 years of experience working with Windows operating systems.Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are highly desirable.Preferred Skills:Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.SRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
