Our dedication to quality, style, and affordability has solidified our reputation as a trusted and recognized brand worldwide. \n Purpose at Ashley: \n The Retail Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels on the sales floor and collaborating with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure effective product placement. They oversee warehouse operations, including product setup, wrapping, and storage for customer pick-up or delivery, whileupholding the warehouse's cleanliness and organization. \n What You’ll Do \n \n Manually unload and loadproductsrepeatedly from semi-trailers \n \n \n Maintain floor inventory by arranging the showroom floor and setting up incoming products, including transferring products from the warehouse to the floor and monitoringproduct quality \n \n \n Remove sold products from the floor, wrap and store them for customer delivery, or load them into customer vehiclesfor pickup \n \n \n Communicate with the Visual team daily or weekly to prioritize work for arranging the floor andincoming merchandise \n \n \n Handle the clerical aspects of warehouse operations, including documentingproduct receipt \n \n \n Receive, distribute, and install parts for repairing floor samplesas needed \n \n \n Organize and maintain the warehouse, performing general housekeeping duties and keeping the backroom warehousingarea clean \n \n \n Perform building maintenance tasks and complete minor repairsas necessary \n \n \n Complete and submit the weeklywarehouse checklist \n \n \n Work to reduce store operating expenses related towarehouse functions \n \n \n Fulfilother dutiesand special projectsas assigned \n \n \n Ability to communicatewith others \n \n \n Ability to supervise andprovide leadership \n \n \n Complete any additional tasks as assignedby management \n \n What You Bring \n \n Legally authorized to work in the US. \n \n \n At least 18 years old \n \n \n Ability to work flexible hours, including weekendsand holidays \n \n \n Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs. with or withoutreasonable accommodation \n \n \n Maintainreliable attendance \n \n \n Thrive in ateam environment \n \n What’s In It for You: \n When youjoin us, you are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits programs,which include: \n \n Health,dental benefits,andvision insurance \n \n \n Employee Discount from 10% - 30% \n \n \n Life/Disability Insurance \n \n \n Flex Spending Account \n \n \n 401K \n PaidTime Off \n \n Ashley values its diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
