Overview At PwC, our deal strategy team provides strategic advice and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Managers in this area analyse market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions, helping them navigate complex transactions, identify risks and opportunities, and maximise value. Responsibilities Guide teams in identifying key performance indicators and strategic solutions. Manage client relationships and accounts with a focus on strategic execution. Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and project success. Collaborate with specialists to generate insights and client recommendations. Utilise advanced analytics tools and languages to enhance project outcomes. Maintain adherence to top‑quality standards and firm ethics. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 5 years of consulting, analytics, or strategy experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or Quantitative Finance. Leading team analysis for strategy and diligence projects. Managing large datasets to uncover performance drivers. Setting team direction on data models and dashboards. Translating findings into strategy insights. Collaborating with strategy specialists for client recommendations. Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, or other analytics languages. Skilled at visualising data using modern BI tools. Demonstrated experience in commercial strategy and analytics engagements. Travel Up to 40% travel required. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
