Responsibilities Facility Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, and electrical work. Address repairs and maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime. Painting and cosmetic needs. Exterior landscaping and upkeep of property. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions. Qualifications Previous experience in facility or equipment maintenance. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance procedures. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
