Job Summary (Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist):
- Provide physical therapy services to pediatric clients in an outpatient clinic setting (Eagle River or Anchorage, AK)
- Evaluate, assess, and treat children with developmental differences to improve strength, movement, and functional mobility
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists (OTs) and speech-language pathologists (SLPs)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in playful, sensory-rich, and movement-based environments
- Participate in co-treatment and shared goal setting with other therapists for best client outcomes
- Engage with families and the community to support each child's developmental milestones
- Contribute to a supportive, lively, and collaborative workplace culture focused on teamwork, fun, and best practices
