Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care
Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life
Serve as a leader and advocate for residents and their families
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
