Aims to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Candidate will work three days in one location and two days in another, with facilities 17 miles apart. Dress code is business casual or solid scrubs. Requested time off during this assignment must be noted. No more than five days of time off will be accepted. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Traveler must have previous travel experience. Documentation of work history and skills checklist must be provided. Must have strong experience working with both adults and pediatrics. Requests made after submission may lead to rescinded offers.
