Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to provide tailored support to individuals, families, and groups.

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize outcomes for clients.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, using your professional judgment to implement appropriate actions.

  • Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma, which involves hosting workshops and educational programs in local facilities.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

  • Demonstrated cultural competence, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record for effective documentation and time management.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Prior experience conducting teletherapy sessions, demonstrating comfortable use of virtual platforms.

  • Experience in community mental health environments or similar settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
