Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide respiratory therapy by administering oxygen, aerosols, and medications
• Monitor and support mechanical ventilation (invasive and non-invasive)
• Assist with airway management and cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Collect and interpret physiological data
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and rehabilitation
• Document patient care activities and assist with billing processes
• Support pharmacy functions including stock management and medication dispensing

What You Need:

• Valid Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist license from Minnesota
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to meet background check requirements
• Prior experience or new graduates with a strong passion for respiratory care
