Without you, we would not be able to fulfill our purpose! - Monitoring their condition and needs- Carry out physician orders to administer medications and treatments- Ensure the narcotic policies and procedures are followed- Monitor for side effects, and report any changes in the condition.- Oversee the CNAs to make sure that resident care plans are being followed.- Admit/discharge residents and associated assessments and paperwork. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LPN LPN licensure with the KS Board of NursingCurrent CPR certificationAbility to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulationsDesire to work with the elderly and mentally illExperience in mental health, medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
