Job Description What You Will Do: Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision – clean linens, polished silverware, and chip‑free china only. Coordinate the flow of service like a pro, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time. Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top‑notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full‑service dinners. Handle audio‑visual setup and troubleshooting – you’ll be part tech support too. Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork. What We Are Looking For: Customer service experience – happy guests are the heart of hospitality. At least 6 months of banquet food service experience – seen a plated dinner or two. Leadership potential or experience – not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed. Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days) – safety is always in style.
