Target Digital Network Analyst Sr.

As a network and access discovery analyst, you will use your specialized technical experience to support cyber space operations and intelligence collection to enable the success of mission owners. Work Schedule: This position is standard work hours Essential Responsibilities: As an analyst on our team, you will provide expert analytic support while working alongside the mission owners to tackle complex and challenging problems in computer network analysis, network exploitation, digital network intelligence, dataflow, access development, and target network analysis. Your duties will require you to leverage an understanding of ports, protocols, networking devices, and common exploitation frameworks. This will provide an opportunity to grow your expertise, develop new skills and tradecraft, use and share your methodologies and tool experience with other analysts, and most importantly, be a part of a team conducting offensive cyberspace operations that are crucial to national security. Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: Primary work location: Government facilities in vicinity of Fort Meade, MD; CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required; telework/contractor SCIF use may be permitted case-by-case. Minimum Requirements: Experience with routing, and network infrastructure Experience with persona end to end exploitation Ability to leverage processes and tools for signals intelligence discovery analysis Ability to assess networks and identify key network topology Prior experience in Joint Target Intelligence or DIA Mission Management fields, or military targeting AFSC/MOS codes (e.g., USAF 14N4, USN 1830 series). Deep knowledge of joint targeting doctrine, processes, and systems. Expertise in multi INT analytic fusion in support of target development. Ability to brief senior leaders and produce highly technical target intelligence artifacts. Understanding of cyber operational planning and targeting authorities. Clearance Required: TS/SCI Must complete initial (within 30 days) and annual Intelligence Oversight training; conduct activities in accordance with EO 12333, DoD 5240-series, DIA/NSA policy, and USCYBERCOM IO program. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Years of Experience: Desired: 12+ years relevant experience (portion within last 2 years); MA/MS related to labor category or BA/BS +5 additional senior years. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with dataflow and signals intelligence architecture Experience with programming languages for scripting and automation, including Python or C++ Experience with penetration testing tools Knowledge of encryption, ports, protocols, and common network configurations Network+, Security+, CEH, CCNA, or SANS Certification Compensation At Amentum, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Amentum is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,600.00 to $195,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Amentum’s total compensation package for employees.
