Linde Corporation is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Equipment Operators to become a part of our team. This position requires the operation of heavy construction equipment in order to achieve daily production goals. Qualifications

• Must be proficient at operating Heavy Construction Equipment - Excavators (various classes), Loaders, Backhoes to complete a variety of tasks (bulk excavation, loading trucks, fine grade work, trenching, backfilling, and etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance (inspections, greasing, fueling)
• A willingness to occasionally work long hours, atypical hours or weekends
• Strong initiative (self-starter), problem-solving and communication skills, and attention to detail
• Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in a professional and safe manner
• Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of provided equipment
• Must be willing to travel to project sites that may include out of town projects
• Be able to take instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed unsupervised with safety in mind

Requirements

• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
• Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record is preferred
• Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test
