Wound Care Physician (MD/DO) / Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Olney, ILLocation: Olney, IL and surrounding areasSchedule: Part-Time, 3 days per week | Growth to Full-Time, 5 days per weekMedStaff Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing wound care organization seeking an MD, DO, NP, or PA to provide wound care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the Olney region.Territory CoverageBridgeport, Carmi, Cisne, Grayville, Newton, Oblong, Olney, and Robinson. Potential expansion includes Fairfield, Flora, McLeansboro, and Mount Carmel, Illinois, and Freelandville, New Harmony, Oaktown, Owensville, Princeton, and Vincennes, Indiana. Appropriate state licensure is required for any assigned cross-state coverage.Schedule and CompensationPart-time: Approximately 75–90 encounters weekly across 6–9 facilities. Projected weekly earnings: MD/DO $2,150–$2,750; NP/PA $1,350–$1,850. Projected quarterly skin sweeps: MD/DO $5,000; NP/PA $3,000.Growth to full-time: Approximately 120–140 encounters weekly across 12–15 facilities. Projected weekly earnings: MD/DO $3,250–$4,250; NP/PA $2,200–$2,850. Projected quarterly skin sweeps: MD/DO $10,000; NP/PA $6,000.Additional biologics compensation opportunities. Earnings depend on patient volume and procedures.ResponsibilitiesConduct wound assessments and develop treatment plans.Perform debridement and minor procedures within your scope of practice.Collaborate with facility nursing teams and counsel patients.Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.Travel throughout the assigned territory.QualificationsActive, unrestricted Illinois MD, DO, NP, or PA license and appropriate credentials.Wound care or long-term care experience preferred.Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in long-term care, we would love to hear from you.
