Job Summary The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests, team members, and company assets. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests. Assist in transporting money and chips. Control access to restricted areas. React to guest and team member incidents and accidents. Monitor guest and team member passage in and out of the gaming facility. Check for and report safety hazards. Answer incoming calls to the facility and direct calls or answer guest questions. Operate company vehicle and/or equipment that require a valid driver’s license, if asked. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills And Abilities Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all personnel. Demonstrate oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual. Black shoes required. Education And Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain a valid racing license.
