Loan Officer Associate

Loan Officer Associate Join Lennar as a Loan Officer Associate and support our loan officers while developing the skills and knowledge to become a full‑time loan officer in the future. You will complete various online and classroom educational sessions and receive operational and hands‑on training by assisting the loan officer and division managers. Your Responsibilities Participate in formal training programs covering lending, loan types, credit assessment, and the loan approval process. Learn to accurately price and lock loans with mortgage rate sheets and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to understand the end-to-end mortgage process. Complete testing for mortgage licensing and applicable state licensing; maintain up‑to‑date RESPA knowledge through continuing education courses. Update loan applications with missing data and maintain thorough notes in the Loan Origination System. Assist in setting up files and coordinate with processors and closers to procure loan documents. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, realtors, and local marketing teams; participate in marketing campaigns. Serve as the primary contact for borrowers, responding promptly via phone, email, or chat, and scheduling meetings with loan officers as needed. Show flexibility by working weekends and evenings as necessary.
