Our organization, recognized as a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital for 2025, is looking for a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine) to become part of our collaborative team of four primary care physicians. This opportunity arises due to the retirement of a long-serving member of our staff.

• No on-call duties, night shifts, or weekend work required.
• Support available for those interested in performing endoscopic procedures.
• Optional obstetrics involvement is available but not mandatory.
• Manage a reasonable patient volume in the clinic, typically in the low to mid-teens.
• Opportunity to take on extra shifts, including in the emergency room, for enhanced earning potential.

• Guaranteed compensation of up to $325,000.
