FullTime Nanny in Villa Heights for a 3MonthOld Girl

Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Villa Heights in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 3-month-old daughter. The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Friday, between the hours of 6:00 am - 5:00 pm, for a minimum of 40 hours a week. The hours will depend on the parents' work schedule, which they will know months in advance.

The best nanny for this family would be warm, nurturing, highly reliable, and passionate about supporting a child’s growth and development in a loving, engaging environment. Strong communication skills are essential, including maintaining a daily log for naps and feeds and providing text updates and photos throughout the day. This active, down-to-earth family is seeking a long-term Career Nanny who is organized, dependable, and excited to grow alongside their family for years to come.

The ideal candidate will have strong newborn and infant experience and feel confident maintaining a daily schedule based on the Mom’s On Call method. They will support routines, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate independence while creating an engaging, educational environment. A nanny who values screen-free play, outdoor activities, crafting, and hands-on learning will thrive in this role. As the child grows, the family would love a nanny who enjoys planning enriching outings and activities that encourage social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Nanny Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child (Feeding, Changing, Napping)

• Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level

• Playing with the child both inside and outside the home

• Doing hands-on learning activities with the child

Household Duties Include (Child is first priority):

• Child’s laundry and changing the child’s sheets weekly

• Child’s meal prep, including making bottles

• Unloading/loading dishwasher and sanitizing bottles

• Wiping down kitchen counters

• Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the child

• Picking up after the child and themselves throughout the day

• Emptying the diaper pail

Qualifications:

• Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience

• Have a college degree or equivalent experience

• Have a professional resume

• Fill out a complete online application

• Pass a pre-screening interview with Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency

• Pass a national background check, including a driving record check

• Have a valid driver’s license

• Have safe and reliable transportation

• Have a minimum of three professional references

• Be non-smoking/vaping

• CPR and First Aid Certified

• Nanny should be fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

• Must be up to date on childhood vaccinations, TDAP, and Tetanus prior to starting the position.

Start Date, Salary, and Benefits:
