An established full-service hotel in the Miami market is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead the property through a critical period of operational stabilization, renovation, and brand transition. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced hotel executive who can balance day-to-day operational excellence while overseeing significant property improvements and preparing the hotel for its next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate will bring deep IHG experience, strong familiarity with Holiday Inn brand standards, and a proven ability to lead teams through renovation and repositioning initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the property's performance, culture, guest experience, and long-term market positioning.

What You Will Do

• Provide overall leadership and direction across all hotel departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Engineering
• Stabilize current hotel operations and elevate overall guest satisfaction, service delivery, and team performance
• Lead the execution of a major renovation project while maintaining operational consistency and financial performance
• Prepare the hotel for a successful brand transition, ensuring compliance with all brand standards, audits, and operational requirements
• Drive revenue growth, market share, profitability, and cost-control initiatives
• Develop, mentor, and retain department leaders while creating a culture of accountability and execution
• Partner closely with ownership, asset management, and brand representatives on strategic initiatives and project milestones
• Maintain a strong presence within the local business community and airport market
• Ensure all operational, safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved throughout the transition process

What We Are Looking For

• Previous General Manager experience in a full-service hotel environment
• Strong experience operating within the IHG system required
• Direct Holiday Inn brand experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading or supporting hotel renovations, repositioning projects, or brand conversions
• Proven success improving hotel performance through disciplined operational and financial leadership
• Strong understanding of IHG brand standards, quality assurance requirements, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Experience working with ownership groups, asset managers, and brand leadership teams
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive accountability across all departments
• Strong communication, team-building, and organizational leadership skills
• Airport hotel experience is a plus
