Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing therapists with the flexibility to create their own schedule while working from the comfort of their home or any other environment conducive to offering therapeutic services. Our primary work setting is telehealth, enabling you to engage with clients through virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for both you and your clients. You have the freedom to determine your own hours, ideally working Monday through Friday.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Serene Souls Counseling Center, you will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Our emphasis on personalized treatment approaches allows you to tailor your methods to each individual, fostering better outcomes and deeper therapeutic connections.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
