• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare, review, and enter invoices into the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and financial records.
• Assist with payroll preparation and payroll-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Process expense reports and reimbursements.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
• Support account reconciliations and audit preparation.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment inquiries.
• Prepare financial spreadsheets, reports, and summaries using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information with professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
