Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide Anesthesia coverage for: Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular Surgery, Structural Heart, and Cath Lab as well as General Cases
- May assist with: Ortho, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, GYN, Plastics, Urology, Trauma, and L&D
- Resident supervision + independent cases
- 8-hour guarantee shifts on clinical days
- Cardiac home call (approx. one call a week and one weekend a month)
- ABA Board Certified
- Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship
- Certified in Perioperative TEE
- Active CA license
- Passion for teaching and residency education
- 1099 status
- $3,200/day guarantee for 8-hour weekly shifts (Monday- Friday)
- $850 weekday call stipend, $1500 weekend call stipend
- Approx. $700K + annual earnings (based on 40 hrs/week & 6 weeks o)
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
- Up to $50k sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)
- Up to $100k student loan forgiveness (4-year commitment)
