Job Summary
Join the Field of Greens team as a kitchen crew member , where you'll play a vital role in our fast-paced, healthy food environment. We are searching for dependable and energetic individuals who love working with fresh ingredients and delivering exceptional customer service. With immediate openings, this position offers a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, sandwiches and salads to perfection.
- Portion, prep, and stock fresh ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
- Work effectively during busy shifts to meet customer demands.
- Provide friendly and positive service to all guests.
- Assist with opening and closing tasks, along with general kitchen responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in food service or the restaurant industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Culinary experience, particularly with salad preparation, is a plus.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal presentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Schedule
This position is full-time or part time, with shifts available from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Sunday. Weekend availability is a requirement.
