About the role:

This individual work cross-functionally to support the Network organization to build dashboards and deliver insights that reduce churn, increase productivity and efficiency, and increase households achieved in our Kinetic footprint. They will define and standardize key metrics, translate business questions into analysis, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. This role will also help identify strategic opportunities through experimentation, data analysis, and data visualization, ensuring teams can consistently measure impact and make data-informed decisions.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards (Tableau and Power BI).

• Partner with Network Services, Field Operations, Construction, and Operations Center to drive in-depth analysis on KPI performance.

• Design measurement plans for trials/new processes; evaluate lift and recommend next actions based on statistically sound analysis.

• Support core network initiatives with clean and accurate data, readable and usable visualizations, and insights that can help inform direction.

• Build and maintain models (e.g., forecasting, scenario analysis) to understand performance drivers and predict outcomes.

• Synthesize analysis into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership, including ongoing readouts on field efficiency, quality, customer experience, build velocity, etc.

• Improve data quality and usability by partnering with Data Engineering on instrumentation, data validation, and scalable dataset design.

Do you have:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics

• Advanced Power BI skills and experience working with large, complex datasets

• Strong Tableau skills (building scalable dashboards and self-serve reporting)

College degree in a Technical or related field and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7+ years professional level related Technical experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Technical experience required
