Regenerative Medical Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. Work Environment\nThis position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapy and support from the comfort of your home. Our team is structured to facilitate collaboration through virtual meetings and consultations, enabling you to remain closely connected to colleagues and ongoing training opportunities. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of children and adolescents. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider developmental milestones and family dynamics. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to provide impactful interventions. \n
- Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at strengthening communication and support systems within the household. \n
- Work closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for children and adolescents experiencing mental health emergencies. \n
- Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources for additional support. \n
- Maintain detailed and confidential records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice. \n
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and collaborative ideas to enhance patient care strategies. \n
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry to continuously improve your therapeutic approach. \n
Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. By employing developmentally appropriate interventions, you will help these young clients build coping strategies, improve their social skills, and foster emotional resilience. Your work will also involve engaging with families to promote a supportive home environment and to enhance the overall treatment process.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona. \n
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and treatment methods. \n
- Demonstrated commitment to a compassionate, child-centered therapeutic approach. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust with patients and their families. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management. \n
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working within a multidisciplinary team framework. \n

- Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing individual and family therapy. \n
- Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities specifically tailored for children and adolescents. \n
- Background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health care. \n
The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
