We are in need of a Nurse Practitioner to provide employee health and primary care services at our outpatient clinic in Merrillville, IN. Please see details below:

Details:

Setting: providing primary care services to patients and their dependents for a company in the area.
Schedule: Thurs/Fri each week with one additional day
Start: ASAP

Required:

Active IN state license
Certifications: BLS, DEA, BC
At least 1 years of clinical experience in primary care as an NP in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice

Compensation:

Receive weekly paycheck
Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) if eligible
100% malpractice insurance covered
