Bar Manager

National law firm is hiring a Lounge Manager to join their midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of bar management experience within a law firm, professional services industry, or high-end hospitality environment Excellent hospitality and organizational skills Responsibilities: Hire, train and supervise staff Ensure compliance with local, state and federal alcohol service regulations Track costs and maintain budgets Ensure safety of the corporate lounge, creating and enforcing protocols Assist with additional tasks, as needed Additional information: Salary: $85K - $105K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, PTO, parental leave, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, flexible spending accounts, pet insurance, employee discounts, 401K & more Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote.
