Office Clerk / Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Dubuque, IA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily office operations with a primary focus on accounts receivable, customer service, and data entry.
Responsibilities
Process approximately 5,000 customer invoices each month
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Accept and process customer payments
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
Process scale tickets for customer billing
Monitor aged receivables and make collection calls on past-due accounts
Assist with general administrative and office duties
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous office, administrative, or accounts receivable experience preferred
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software is a plus
