Key Details:

• Schedule: MondayThursday, 4:15 pm2:45 am (Overtime on Fridays, 2:15 pm10:45 pm)
• Breaks: 2 paid 15-minute breaks + 1 unpaid 30-minute lunch
• Compensation: $19.50/hr, plus potential for quarterly bonuses

Your Responsibilities:

• Precisely follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
• Meet or exceed production targets in a collaborative team environment
• Maintain organized, efficient workspaces (we follow 5S principles)
• Suggest process improvements for increased efficiency
• Communicate clearly and manage your time independently
• Assist with other duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 months' machine operation or maintenance in manufacturing
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
• Required Skill: Strong tape measure skillsyou will be tested during the interview
• Proven commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
• Knowledge of ultrasonic, thermal, electrical, or pneumatic troubleshooting is a plus
• Comfortable reading work instructions, with basic English and math skills
• Previous fast-paced industrial or manufacturing experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to use power tools safely
• Capacity for consistent physical activity
