As a Beauty Sales Associate , you will play a critical role in driving center performance by converting guests into loyal members, recommending products and services, and delivering an outstanding guest experience from start to finish. What You'll Do Sales & Membership Growth Educate guests on our services, products, and membership options Consistently achieve sales goals through memberships, service packages, and retail products Recommend services and products based on guest needs Follow up with prospective, current, and lapsed guests through calls, texts, and emails Build guest loyalty and maximize guest retention through relationship-building and exceptional service Guest Experience Create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest Manage reservations and assist guests with scheduling needs Address guest concerns professionally and effectively Maintain accurate guest records and reservation notes Ensure every guest leaves feeling valued and excited to return Operations Support Assist with opening and closing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional center environment Support daily business initiatives and promotional campaigns Work collaboratively with the management team and Wax Specialists to drive center success What We're Looking For Strong sales mindset with a passion for helping people Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly Goal-oriented and motivated by performance incentives Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective guestsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, positive, and coachable attitude Preferred Qualifications Previous sales experience Retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, beauty, or service industry experience Experience working toward individual or team performance goals Experience using appointment scheduling or customer management systems is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities Flexible scheduling Paid training and ongoing coaching Career growth opportunities into leadership positions Employee discounts on products and services Fun, fast-paced, and supportive work environment Who Thrives in This Role?
