The facility is dedicated to delivering quality care across the full spectrum of women's health needs on an on-site basis. Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with in-house call coverage requirements to ensure continuous care delivery.

Clinicians on assignment may explore wildlife encounters in the Everglades, coastal waterways, national parks, and freshwater springs, with many experiences available at little to no cost. Clinicians will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic coverage through in-house call assignments structured as 24-hour shifts at an on-site facility in Florida, with ongoing coverage dates. Clinical responsibilities encompass the full scope of inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, with continuous on-site availability required throughout each designated coverage period. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for this position.
