Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Pharma & Tech)

DAWAR CONSULTING is a US based Consulting & Staffing firm placing top technical and professional talent at Fortune 500 clients across pharma/biotech, semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing.
You will own full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placements sourcing and submitting qualified candidates across Pharma/Biotech, Medical devices, IT, Engineering, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing functions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform, Indeed, and other major job boards.
- Engage passive talent through Boolean and X-ray search.
- Screen for technical fit, work authorization (OPT, GC, USC), and compensation alignment.
- Submit candidates through VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday) per client SLAs.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records in ATS/CRM (Zoho, Bullhorn, Jobdiva, or equivalent).
- Partner closely with Managers to understand client needs and optimize submittal quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 47 years of technical recruiting preferably within Life Sciences and Tech at a staffing firm.
- Track record recruiting in Pharma/biotech, Medical Devices, IT, and Engineering
- Hands-on experience working with MSP companies like Magnit, KellyOCG, Manpower
- Hands-on experience working with VMS platforms like Fieldglass, Beeline
- Understand U.S. work authorization types US Citizens, GC, EAD, OPT etc.
- Must have recruiting experience in Life Science industry: Medical device, Pharma, biotech
- Strong English communication skills written and verbal.
- Ability to manage 710 requisitions independently during PST hours
