Job Full Description

Production Associate - Custom Cabinet Assembly

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to assist with cabinet and shelving assembly in a busy woodshop. This is an entry-level manufacturing opportunity with training provided.

Job Duties

Assemble shelves and custom cabinets
Use basic hand tools and shop equipment
Load and unload trucks and materials
Measure and prepare materials for assembly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Qualifications

No previous manufacturing experience required
Willingness to learn hand tools, tape measure use, and basic shop math
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Previous construction, woodworking, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and perform hands-on work throughout the shift
Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move materials as needed
Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production tasks

Schedule

Full-time, First Shift
Monday through Friday
6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Approximately 50 hours per week
