Incoming Pediatrician can expect:

•\u0009No nights/call requiredCompensation:
•\u K for 4 days/week—averaging 30-40 patients/day
•\u0009Production: Revenue generated
•\u0009Once fully ramped up- Year 2 & beyond, earning potential 400k-500k
•\u % of employee health insurance premium paid
