Gym Operations Lead

OVERVIEW:

As a Gym Operations Lead youll drive daytoday gym execution while ensuring every member experience reflects our values of empowerment inclusivity and community. Passionate about fitness and the Gymshark brand youll lead by example on the gym floor maintaining a clean organized and servicefocused environment.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

• Represent Gymsharks culture and values acting as a passionate advocate for the brand and inspiring the team to do the same.
• Keyholder responsibility to open and close the club ensuring operational readiness security and completion of all opening and closing procedures.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of gym management providing leadership guidance and decisionmaking to ensure smooth operations and a positive member experience.
• Assist gym management with day-to-day operations ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks and contributing to strategic goals.
• Lead by example motivating the team to achieve goals while setting the standard for exceptional member service and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with gym management to support and execute initiatives and special projects that align with business goals and brand standards.
• Bring positivity energy and fun to the workplace helping to create a motivated and engaged team environment.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

Essential Skills:

• Leadership Ability to lead support and coach a diverse team to achieve shared goals.
• Key Holder Minimum of one year of experience as a keyholder with demonstrated responsibility for opening and closing operations.
• Cus tomer Service Excellence Strong ability to deliver friendly welcoming and high-quality service ensuring a positive member and guest experience.
• Communication Skills Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist members and guests explain products or services and collaborate with team members.
• Problem-Solving Ability to handle member and guest inquiries or issues calmly and professionally delivering quick and effective solutions.
• Adaptability & Multitasking Comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Teamwork Collaborative supportive and committed to team success and highquality service.
• Attention to Detail Commitment to cleanliness organization accuracy and maintaining a safe welcoming environment.
• Energy Positivity & Patience High-energy enthusiastic attitude with the patience to work with diverse members guests and colleagues.
• Alignment with Brand Values Genuine passion for wellness fitness and community with enthusiasm for representing the brand.
• Flexible Availability Available to work early mornings weekends holidays and peak gym hours as needed.
• Physical Requirements Ability to stand walk and remain active for extended periods and to lift up to 50 lbs as needed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Spanish proficiency is highly valued.
• CPR Certified.

SALARY RANGE

This is a Part Time role and has an hourly rate of $19.50 pr hour.
