Job Description The Production Assistant will provide hands‑on support throughout the production process, helping ensure projects remain organized, materials are prepared correctly, and deadlines are met. Responsibilities Assist with daily production activities and project preparation. Organize materials, supplies, equipment, and production resources. Support the team with setup, preparation, and execution of projects. Help track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables. Maintain organized production areas and workspaces. Review materials and completed work for accuracy and quality. Coordinate with different departments to support project requirements. Assist with inventory organization and supply tracking. Prepare documentation, project materials, and internal production files. Identify production needs and communicate potential delays or issues. Follow company procedures and quality standards. Provide general operational support as production priorities evolve. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail.
