Are you a dedicated LPN with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional resident care? Deerfield Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a LPN Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants during assigned shifts.
• Ensure quality resident care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.
• Assist with staffing assignments and daily workflow.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to CNA team members.
• Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, department leaders, residents, and families.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Current Louisiana License in good standing.
• Previous long-term care experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellence in resident care.
