Directs teams to conduct thorough market research and analysis across diverse product portfolios, ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategic goals and continuously refining competitive strategies to lead in the marketplace. Directs teams in identifying and capitalizing on customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements. Champions internal teams in the development of problem statements and solutions. Guides the product lifecycle from planning to release and establishes long-term initiatives for evolving the product roadmap for an extensive portfolio of products/features. Establishes innovative best practices organization-wide and champions analytic framework for data-driven decision-making. Partners with key stakeholders at the executive level to define and drive product direction. Drives alignment across Lines of Business (LOB) to drive product innovation and evolution. Establishes success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) for multiple products and features. Provides strategic oversight to teams in customer advocacy and customer-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that products are tailored to customer needs. Guides the resolution development process for complex and/or high-stakes customer issues. Guides and strategically coordinates the delivery for the field team and governs various go-to-market efforts, such as recruiting and supporting early adopters to validate and refine product solutions, developing user documentation, and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities Product Analysis – Market Analysis:–Directs teams to conduct market research and analysis, enabling the organization to evaluate data patterns across diverse portfolios and prioritize initiatives with the highest strategic impact.–Guides teams to ensure that the product portfolio aligns with Oracle's strategic objectives, continuously refining competitive strategies to lead in the marketplace.–Governs alignment efforts that integrate customer feedback, market trends, internal stakeholder priorities, and Oracle's long-term goals.–Sets strategic direction for product positioning, pricing, and market strategy, ensuring Oracle's sustained leadership and innovation in the industry. Product Analysis – Solution Identification:–Directs teams identifying and capitalizing on customers' unmet needs, market opportunities, and/or regulatory requirements, shaping the organization's strategic direction and product portfolio.–Champions internal teams in developing problem statements and forming hypotheses for new products, ensuring alignment with long-term customer needs, emerging market trends, and organizational goals.–Guides solution identification processes, providing strategic oversight as needed.–Governs the creation and maintenance of solution artifacts (e.g., regulatory requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, user documentation), offering guidance as necessary. Product Ownership – Product Development and Road mapping:–Guides the planning, execution, and release processes for the organization's entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision.–Establishes long-term initiatives for evolving the product roadmap for an extensive portfolio of products/features, ensuring coherence with the organization's long-term goals.–Advises others in establishing and developing feature requirements and resources, setting innovative best practices organization-wide.–Collaborates with senior executive stakeholders to drive delivery excellence, maintain project timelines, and ensure success.–Champions analytic frameworks for existing metrics (e.g., Service Requests, bugs, customer feedback, customer volumes) and data-driven decision-making to achieve optimal product development and market impact.–Provides strategic oversight for the development and review of user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring unparalleled product quality and customer satisfaction.–Forecasts future needs and guides prioritization of features or experiences in the roadmap, aligning them with ambitious success criteria and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Product Ownership – Product Leadership and Influence:–Partners with key stakeholders at the executive level to drive product direction in alignment with the company's vision, business goals, and customer needs.–Sets direction for product development to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business goals aligned with Oracle's future state.–Guides business performance and operations reviews to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.–Strategizes the innovation and evolution of products through identification and prioritization of new features and enhancements. Alignment and Collaboration:–Drives alignment across business units, ensuring strategic insights are shared effectively and communication channels are optimized at all levels.–Reviews and influences established guidance to equip employees to proactively address and navigate complex stakeholder pushback.–Directs the development and execution of innovative solutions tied to OKRs and KPIs, driving organizational transformation.–Establishes success criteria and performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs) for multiple products and features, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic vision.–Governs cross-team user testing and iterative development, using user insights to drive innovation and leadership. Customer-Centricity:–Provides strategic oversight to teams advocating for customers, ensuring feedback is a critical part of the product lifecycle and overall business strategy.–Empowers employees to engage effectively with customers, gather actionable feedback, and utilize analytics to inform strategic decision-making and improve Oracle's offerings.–Leads teams in adopting a customer-centric approach to identify, prioritize, and execute enhancements that provide transformative business value.–Forecasts new product capabilities and feature designs, leveraging deep customer insights and market trends.–Champions alignment between products and customer needs, leading initiatives to continuously adapt to, and anticipate, market shifts.–Coordinates cross-functional collaboration, maximizing product consumer satisfaction and product success.–Provides oversight on resolving complex and high-stakes customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality. Product Release – Go-to-Market:–Guides the review, validation, and strategic coordination of delivery for the field team (e.g., release overview, field presentations, demos).–Governs the process of recruiting and supporting early adopters to validate and refine product solutions, offering strategic oversight as needed.–Directs development of user documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment across the organization.–Performs high-level review of the product adoption tracking process, ensuring improvement initiatives align with long-term strategic goals.–Guides product demonstrations for customers, partners, industry analysts, and field, engaging key stakeholders to gather feedback. Problem Solving:–Develops and implements organizational strategies for advanced problem-solving, serving as an escalation point for highly complex operational or technical issues.–Oversees teams leveraging innovative techniques to tackle ambiguous issues and identifies root causes to prevent recurrence, reviewing solutions as needed. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $165,700 to $355,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
