About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a technology-focused CUSO. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and forward-thinking executive responsible for leading the organization's strategic vision, growth, and operational excellence. This role demands a tech-first, strategic leader who can drive innovation across technology solutions, particularly in the areas of data analytics, AI implementation, technology consulting, and talent solutions. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to set strategic direction, guide long-term growth, and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture. Strengthening partnerships, scaling the organization, and delivering measurable value to stakeholders within the financial services sector are also key responsibilities. The ideal CEO will have over 10 years' of executive leadership experience, a strong technology background, and a proven track record of leading through change while balancing innovation with disciplined execution. While experience in financial services is valued, it is not required. However, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly understand and navigate regulated environments. The role is remote and requires a leader who can collaborate effectively with both the owner credit union and client credit unions to deliver impactful, forward-looking solutions. The focus is on a candidate who can elevate the organization to the next level and is committed to driving the company's mission of supporting credit unions with cutting-edge technology solutions.
