Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, ongoing patient care for individuals and families at every life stage, from pediatric to geriatric populations. Effectively manage chronic conditions, preventive care, acute medical issues, and mental health needs while upholding a patient-first mindset. Conduct physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment strategies. Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and various specialists to ensure a holistic approach to care. Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational effectiveness. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to keep precise and updated patient documentation. Deliver care both in-person and virtually, aligning with patients' preferences and necessities. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical institution. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligibility for (or possession of) an active California medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications are highly desirable. Skills and Experience Adept diagnostic and clinical skills focused on preventive and proactive care.
