Title Dental assistant Job Description Assist the dentist chairside during a wide range of dental procedures, performing four-handed dentistry effectively. Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and materials are sterile and readily available. Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed, ensuring patient safety and diagnostic quality. Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment according to OSHA and infection control guidelines. Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene instructions, and answer their questions clearly and kindly. Manage dental supplies and inventory, ensuring efficient stock levels. Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their visit. Perform other administrative or clinical duties as assigned by the dentist or office manager. Salary Range full-time $25 - $35 per hour - Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Holidays Shift & Schedule Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed Current Dental Assistant registration/certification as required by Washington State regulations. A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Preferences Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a general or specialty dental practice.
