This role requires strong hands-on experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, along with the ability to independently prioritize work orders, manage vendors, and support property operations. You will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class resident experience through responsiveness, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance execution.
