- Base Pay - $20-$32 an hour, depending on experience, reliability, workmanship, professionalism, and leadership ability.

- Surface preparation and masking
- Brushing, rolling, and spraying
- Cabinet and fine finish work when applicable
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Communicating professionally with team members and customers
- Following company processes, safety standards, and job expectations
- Representing the company professionally on job sites
