ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sean Perren - State Farm Agent, you will successfully offer products and services to help customers manage the risks of everyday life.
The Sean Perren Agency is one of the top performing agencies in the territory. Some of the characteristics that have helped our agency succeed are the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2003.
• We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, and Legion of Honor
