Overview Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving Weekly performance pay. $3,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $1,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
